THE ABSOLUTE BEST STORAGE RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Everything from the easy online reservation, to viewing the unit prior to signing the rental contract, and moving my belongings in, was a very pleasant experience... The lady that assisted me greeted me with a warm "Laramie" welcome and made my first impression of this town a very pleasant and memorable one!!! I am a real estate professional in the Laramie area. When I had an owner-client that needed to store personal property in town modSTORAGE was quick to accommodate and very simple to setup. Enrollment and leasing was quick to do online, and I was even able to give my maintenance guys remote access the unit when needed. When our need for the storage unit was complete, Linda was extremely accommodating and helpful in making sure our move-out was smooth and we incurred no additional charges. The cost for the few months we had the unit were fair and reasonable. 10/10 would store again.

I have been very satisfied with my experience at this facility, as storing my items has been seamless with no issues. However, I recently received a notice that the rental rate for my small storage unit will increase by $20. While I understand periodic adjustments may be necessary, I find this increase substantial for the size of my unit. As a result, I am exploring alternative storage options to better suit my budget. 70.99 to 90.99

We rented from them for about 5 years. From day one, we were always greeted with a smile and a wave. All the staff have always been so kind and helpful. They also have lots of items in the office to help with your moving needs. Thanks for taking good care of us and our belongings!

I have been really grateful for ModStorage's facilities and staff over the past year and a half that I've been renting there. Linda and her team are amazing and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend the shipping container units for the value and for how clean they keep your belongings.
