My mother got slightly behind after being a long term renter. Never been late before. Nathan was rude and inconsiderate. They tried to charge multiple lean fees. We called yesterday the gave us an amount that was $50 less than today. We clearly had no issue with the late fees but she should’ve been advised yesterday about the mysterious fee and I could’ve taken care of it then. Absolute BS.

Nathaniel Dulin was the best worker I could have ever had and helped with no matter what problems I had he was more than understanding and willing to work with me in anyway possible would very much recommend

We had a snafu while trying to get to the pickup location on time. The rep I talked to went above and beyond her normal role and was able to find a different location while we were driving. We were able to pick another trailer (completing the same request for size) at a new location in time. She was very helpful and appreciated her very much!! Please give this lady a pay raise or promotion!! People like her need to stay around!!

Let us use their indoor loading and unloading center (lifesaver because it was freezing outside) so we could unload a U-Haul trailer. Trailer was in a rollover that U-Haul's insurance covered. This locations staff made it easy to transfer the contents into a U-Box for shipping. Thank you U-Haul
