Told all our kids to stop sending packages to us through FedEx. They NEVER deliver particularly when our address is correct. Now Amazon and is using FedEx and we cannot get our packages. UPS every time. FedEx never. And they lie saying they tried to deliver. As usual, we were right here all day. Will no longer be able to use Amazon until they return to UPS. Update: FedEx delivered package next morning which was Saturday though said wasn’t going to deliver until Monday. Impressed. After getting deliveries here for 15 years the FEDEX here now refuse to deliver to us because of our steep dirt driveway. They now hold packages and about 80% of the time they do not tell us they are folding it. UPS and USPS still deliver here with no problem. FEDEX used to deliver up our driveway in the snow when no one else did, now they won't go up in perfect conditions. Things have changed for the worse at this branch. I completely understand when the roads are bad.

FedEx is a joke. I've had 2 packages delivered monthly for a over a year that "require a signature" and they've never had me sign. Today they decided they won't deliver without a signature and I'm on the road a lot. Do the drivers make up their own rules these days?

Literally watched the fed ex driver drive past my place. Then few moments later drive the other way. Then I get an update saying attempted delivery failed. But the driver never stopped. Every single item delivered by them somehow has an issue resulting in me on phone arguing with people to get my package. But I have camera footage now proving he never even stopped. But they still defend the driver.

Maybe it’s just local, maybe it’s corporate. I don’t know who is to blame, but the reality is I’ve had to stop using FedEx. Over the last 8 years, I haven’t had a single package show up on time from FedEx. If they aren’t paying enough, maybe that’s the issue. But every time I’m forced to use FedEx’s services, I’m disappointed in how it pans out.
