It was my honor and privilege to finally be introduced today to the on-site manager, Chad. Was pleasant, professional and very helpful with all of my questions. He was kind and friendly and was able to expedite a new renters insurance policy and also rectify a balance inquiry. Since CubeSmart became the new owners at the reams and Greenway location last November, I am just as confident with my valuable personal belongings as I was with the previous owners. Transition. Have been a customer for many years and never have had any problems. I gave them a 4 star rating only because whenever I previously had to change my payment information they would take it over the phone because with the previous owners they were able to take it and not have to go through any system. Now I have to either go in to pay or go online to enter my info and state how I want the payment process I want. Also now they charge fee for credit card payment and before it changed names they never did. It used to be called Surprise Mini Storage, now I guess Cube Smart. So it being that they to…
