To anyone looking for storage near 13331 West Bell Road. My friend had a unit here for 3 months before being told his belongings were stolen. Not only was the security a failure, but the insurance claim was denied. When he went into the office to discuss the loss, the man there (heavy fellow with a Monopoly style mustache and beard) literally laughed in his face about the fact that he wouldn't get his money back.

Love it so far the door open and shut right and dont have to fight to get in the parking lot like cubsmart on dysart road the school traffic block you from getting in the storge place on dysart and grand ave i had to fight the door over there to open and close iam glad I made the move to here

A great place to store personal items. The staff was always courteous and it was easy to make payments utilizing their phone based automated payment system. The staff was always very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this storage company. Thanks so much !
