  We have used AAA Soto's twice and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We first hired them back in 2019 for our move from Rancho Sahuarita to Vail. They packed our boxes for us and did a fantastic job. The price couldn't be beat either. Fast forward to 2026, we had a more complicated move from Vail to storage to Oro Valley. We received a few bids from other companies, but AAA Soto's beat them by a country mile. We also appreciated that they had their own storage facility with insurance AND they packed items into crates.   This company was referred to us by a friend. Baltazar, Anthony and Jack did a great job on our local move. They were a very personable crew and kept us well informed and involved during the moving process. It was a short distance between the houses so it was nonstop work for them, but everything made it in one piece. They even helped us swap refrigerators between the old home and the new home which we greatly appreciated. Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend this company.

  I wish that I could write a review like the one I did 6 years ago and be able to recommend AAA Soto to friends as I have done over the years - but that's not to be. I reported a number of problems soon after a March 2026 move and the replies were cavalier, untimely and uncaring. Nobody from AAA Soto showed much interest and certainly made no effort to offer a solution. It may be worth noting that 6 years ago every man working the move was a Soto and this past time not a single Soto was among the 3 movers.   Robert and his TEAM are highly recommended by me. Their communication is unmatched. I cannot thank them enough for reducing my stress level well below 0. I’m a 26- year Air Force veteran with over 10 moves during my tenure and this was my best pack and deliver/move EVER!!! I recently moved from Vail, AZ to Columbia, SC.   AAA Soto’s is amazing! I have never had a moving company work like they did. They were very thoughtful in moving our belongings. They lined the frame of the front door with padding, laid out a ramp to the front door because it was a step up, rolled out protective material on the ground to protect the tiles and worked so hard and so quickly. They looked professional (Not like some moving companies whose workers look like thugs out of jail), they were communicative, listened and followed instructions really well.
