  Jordan and Jacob were respectful, friendly and did a great job in delivering my furniture today. No problems. Also, I feel the same about Andres and Andy who picked up my furniture on Monday. Great job by all. I would use Smart Movers again if I have the need in the future.

  I would like to thank Jordan and Andy from Smart Move Moving Company in Tucson. They were both excellent—professional, polite, and attentive throughout the entire process. They asked questions when needed and handled every piece of furniture with great care. They completed the move within the estimated 4.5 hours, which I truly appreciated. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Jordan and Andy to anyone looking for reliable and efficient movers.

  Devon Jordan and Isaac assisted with clearing out 10+ years of surplus furniture and file cabinets. Most of it ridiculously heavy. They hustled the entire time and completely filled the big truck without a single break! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and must be experts at Tetris. 10/10. Will hire again! Thank you guys!

  I would not recommend this moving company. The two men that moved me: an older more experienced guy and an extremely young inexperienced guy who didn't know what he was doing. The move took longer than it should because the young inexperienced guy had to defer to the older guy for everything. At one point, he just stood at the truck waiting to be told what to do. I could feel these guys would take their time because they moved like they had all the time in the world. It took me 3 trips to move all the small stuff myself.   Our experience was very mixed. The men who moved us did an excellent job. However, the company scheduled the local move for an afternoon and never arrived. They claimed that the earlier job was taking longer. We had to call them to find that out. The lack of communication and poor scheduling meant a day was wasted and our moved delayed a day. Based on our experience we will not use them for our additional move.
