  Military assigned this company for our recent PCS move and it was CONUS to OCONUS move. We heard a lot of horror stories about moving companies that military assigns for their troops so I was nervous. However, not this company! They treated our stuff with respect. Wrapped and packed everything nicely. Wrote everything accurately whats in the box and it matched on inventory sheet. They record serial number on each electronic items on inventory sheet (PC, Gaming system etc). We had a motorcycle to ship but they didnt have tools to build a carate so took it with them and we were told that they…

  This was the best move we’ve ever had. All of the workers were great. The driver, Earl, was outstanding. They were always on time and worked hard. Shiela, the estimator/coordinator was very helpful and made the whole thing easy. Unless they provide service to our next destination, Heaven, this will be our last move, but we’d recommend them to anyone else.

  Let me just say beware!!! This company DOES NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR MISTAKES MADE ON THERE PART!!! A large object was not included in a quote and it was going to be moved out of state not being included after the contracted price. We were never told it was not included until today even when they tried to take it the previous day. A sticker was on the item and the item was literally in the walk path of entering the home from the garage. It’s pretty hard to miss. However, no accountability taken for not including it in the quote. No phone call made to say hey, this item wasn’t included so…

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The crew that unloaded our move was careful and considerate, and worked very well as a team. Our move was challenging, as we are moving into a smaller home, but the crew was very patient in helping deliver our goods as efficiently and safely as possible.

  IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company. Showed up hours late every day. First day of the move, during COVID-19, said they did not have masks with them. We called their front office, and manager informed us the movers were just lying to us and did have masks. Damaged walls, door frames, stairwell, carpets during move. Did not use blankets/sheets/protective pads when packing our items. Told us, “they do that later” but never did. Refused to put down floor runners to protect floors and continued to walk through grass of front lawn even after we asked them to stop, tracking dirt/mud into house.…
