  Not sure how I drew the short end of the stick with this one... I hired Jay's Small Moves for a packing job only. I had alternative plans for the moving portion. My packers came on time and ready to go and finished in close to the quoted time. That's where the positiives end. I needed help due to physical limitations and I feel like I've been taken for a ride. Everything I owned had been haphazardly shoved into boxes with minimal padding (and in some cases, my own clothing used as padding). Things were sloppily labeled and it took me weeks to wort thru all of the boxes labeled vaguley (i.e. "…

  Jay’s Small Moves was fantastic! Their communication was quick and clear and each person I spoke to knew exactly which job we were talking about and who I was. The three men who did the actual move; Luis, Luis and Kevin were very polite and moved everything with ease and care! They were expert at wrapping and protecting our belongings and they moved quickly without seeming rushed. I highly recommend Jay’s Moves and those three men.   I had a great experience! My movers were professional, efficient, and hard working. They moved my things quickly but gently. Pricing and everything was clearly explained up front. I feel the final price I paid was very fair. I would absolutely use them again.

  The movers from Jay's Small Moves were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to be careful with our belongings with many flights of stairs, disassembling and reassembling when needed. They carefully and amply wrapped furniture for protection where needed. We had some random stuff in bags from when we ran out of boxes, which they proceeded to pack into boxes of their own (and unpack on the other end!), making sure there was no unnecessary work left over for us.   Truly five-star service. Sales rep was nice and helpful especially as I was concerned about availability. They called immediately when there openings due to schedule changes on their end. The movers themselves were very nice and friendly as well. It was a very easy and boring experience, which is absolutely when it comes to moving. No feedback, simply satisfied.
