  I hired Sam and his company to do a small commercial move from one building to another. The building we were moving to was under construction, and there were many delays resulting in multiple changes in move dates. Sam was very flexible and accommodating while the landlord completed the work. On move day, Sam called the client with an ETA, as requested, and started the move on time.
