  Had a good experience while renting our unit at the Norwalk self storage. There was one time where our pass code wasn’t working and they were able to help us out quick and easy! Will recommend to friends and family!

  What a great storage facility. The facility itself is clean and well kept. The carts are top notch. We had a long term rental for years and finally got to the point of wanting to declutter and not need it anymore. Janet was amazing helping us with the process. We had not been in the unit for a while and discovered the neighboring unit had a small leak that came under the wall. Janet quickly had the staff take care of that and was engaged during our move out to make sure everything was okay. She is incredibly personable and just makes life easy.   Since I purchased my storage unit I had insurance with the unit the cost continues to go up I paid my unit today 105.30 which was my total bill with insurance including then they come after I paid this morning trying to charge me another $20 saying it’s for insurance but I have payment history they love taking people money save your money !!!!! Find somewhere else second time they try to take money from me
