  Exceptional service! The team was efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They wrapped, packed, loaded, and unloaded with precision and care. Not a single item was damaged, and they stayed positive and upbeat over the two days. Their communication was clear, pricing was fair, and I felt confident from the initial in-person meeting with Clement that everything would be handled well.   I hired Cousins USA for my move from an apartment in Fort Lauderdale to a house in Pompano. Clem was very professional, honest and transparent when he gave me the quote. Gabriella, Joe and Angela kept me informed before, during and after my move. Their customer service and communication is second to none. During the day of the move they were punctual and careful with all of my furniture.   I met with Clem Pollio a few times before our move, he's terrific. Easy to speak with, listened to my concerns and my move was so stress free. Clem's daughter stopped by the day of the move to make sure all of our needs were met, this is REAL customer service! I cannot say enough about the drivers/packers, and how courteous and hard working they were. This was a WONDERFUL experience all the way around.   The crew of 4 arrived at 8:45 AM and finished at 8:30 PM. They handled everything from taking apart my existing furniture and putting it back together at my new home. They were very professional and courteous. They wrapped everything in moving blankets to ensure nothing was broken. They had to make two trips because I had so many things. This was an amazing experience, and if I ever had to move again I would definitely use them again.
