  From the initial consultation to the final box unpacked, the communication was excellent. No hidden fees or charges, the whole experience was so transparent. The actual moving crew (Jerome, Courtney and Claude) worked incredibly hard without taking breaks, handled heavy items with ease, and navigated tight stairwells without scratching a single wall. They even managed to safely transport our grill and iron storage shelf without any issues. Professional, trustworthy, and worth every penny!

  Extremely Disappointed – Lost My Belongings and No Accountability I moved from Miami to Los Angeles with City Movers and honestly, I’m very disappointed with how things turned out. They lost one of my boxes that had valuable items — books, a $1000 speaker, a keyboard, mouse, projector, and cables — worth around $2000–$2500 total. It’s been a week since delivery, and it doesn’t look like they’re going to find it. The reason this happened is simple — they didn’t number or label the boxes with stickers like professional movers normally do. Because of that, my box just disappeared in the process…
