  After 20 years of being a loyal customer I am writing this urgent warning that the current system is broken. Our packing was a disaster! The move through Interstate Movíng to Mexico City failed miserably. Many broken valuables. Glass ware, ceramics, and small tables utterly destroyed. We paid extra for “white glove” service. Don’t ever fall for this . They are refusing to discuss any resolution, falling back on “ we didn’t insure the move adequately “. This is not a first class operation anymore.

  Jeremy, Mark & Theo did a wonderful job w/ our move yesterday. This is our second move with Yarnall. The entire team, including Anita in the office, go above and beyond. Theo, the newest member of the team, was both professional & kind, helping my 80 yr old mother feel confident about the entire process! Appreciate Yarnall making what can be a very stressful day, a pleasant experience !

  Highly recommend. My experience with Yarnall was only positive. My dates changed more than once, and they happily accommodated me. Also, a treasured kitchen table was damaged during the move -it was nobody’s fault - but Yarnall repaired the table at no cost to me. The insurance coverage I’d purchased for the move would not have covered replacement and they could’ve shrugged it off, but they made it right. Good people.

  We had an excellent experience with Yarnall Moving Company in Sarasota, FL! From start to finish, everything was seamless. It was easy to reserve our move with Todd Cutlip, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided by our movers, Armando and Johnny. They handled our full house move in just five and a half hours, and their careful attention to our belongings was truly impressive.   Referred YARNALL to my sellers for out of state moving. It has been one month and the second truck is still in Florida waiting for a driver to go to Illinois with half of their furniture and other boxes. I will never refer them again or ever use them! This is unacceptable.
