  I wish I could give zero stars. My move with All My Sons Moving & Storage on October 22, 2025, was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I contracted and paid for a four-person crew due to heavy furniture — they sent only three. Because of that, they slid my furniture across my wood floors, leaving deep scratches that cost me $250 in emergency repairs before my home buyer’s walk-through. They also caused a hole in my ceiling and failed to properly wrap my upholstered furniture.   Michael and another guy whose name I don’t remember did a bad bad work. They were carrying big pieces of furniture alone to bring them to the truck. I had small boxes and they threw them in big carton boxes however they could. They damaged a a few things and stole a jar full of change. When I call (claims) he said they don’t transport money. Obviously they didn’t transport it, they stole it. He said the company will give me $100 and I will have to sign a paper saying I won’t give a review. Disgusting!

  This my first experience with this company, and I will have to say it was terrible. The gentlemen who moved my stuff were awesome, they went above and beyond. With that being said, there is a significant disconnect between the movers and corporate. The movers will tell you one thing and corporate will do the opposite. The Customer support and their sales team are horrible. The sales team will quote you a price, expect to pay about triple. There are many hidden costs the movers never mention. Nobody shows you a price list for material, and they change the overnight rate to their convenience. Yo…

  Damaged most of my furniture. After purchasing the full protection insurance, I was offered $450 for $2000 worth of damage! This offer came over 30 days after the claim for damages was submitted within 48 hours of the "move". They wanted a confidentiality agreement (my silence for their awful services). The move cost over $1700 (this included $250 for added/enhanced insurance). I will now have to proceed with small claims court and filing complaints with the appropriate authorities. If I could leave zero stars, I certainly would. Moving is stressful enough. This company is just awful!!!!

  I had an awful experience with this moving company. The manager (Tyler and Snow) was extremely rude towards my wife. They never sent any clear information or paperwork before the move, which made everything confusing and stressful. On top of that, several pieces of my furniture were damaged during the move. The whole operation feels like a scam — they promise professionalism, but what you get is careless handling and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and look for another moving company that actually respects its customers and their belongings.
