  This was my second time utilizing their moving company. The first was good and this time everything was good up until now. I am writing this review a week post move and what should have been a positive, is now a negative. The only reason why I am even writing a review is because I cannot take back or edit a survey. I had a 1-day delivery move (pickup one day and delivery the next) and have just noticed that an item was missing (a Dyson standing fan).   We recently moved from our West Augusta home to our new home on the river. We had the pleasure of having Timothy, Don, Tron, and Richard move our home and I cannot say enough great things about this group of guys. They were very punctual and hit the ground running. They worked tirelessly to get us moved as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Timothy communicated his plan and approach to the move and kept us informed of a 4th mover and second truck arriving.   Phenomenal service from start to finish. The crew arrived on time despite cold, icy conditions and never once rushed or cut corners. They were exceptionally careful with my belongings and packed my storage unit with a level of organization and professionalism I honestly haven’t seen in a long while. Everything was wrapped, stacked, and secured thoughtfully, maximizing space while protecting each item. Efficient, respectful, and clearly experienced—this is how moving should be done. Highly recommend without hesitation.

  Tim and Heru were amazing, professional, and quick to get our house packed and unpacked into our new location. Very personable and efficient. We cannot recommend them enough for their hard work! 10/10 recommend giving them a raise and hiring the best two movers in the CSRA!

  The guys were on time, professional, polite, and quick. I can honestly say I have not had a customer service experience like this in quite some time, especially from young men. I have used two men several times and I will continue to do so. Ru was excellent and I would likely request him next time. Keep up the great work guys - you are making a difference. And I wanted to mention Becky in the office. What a sweet lady - very professional and consice. She is very experienced and made the process very easy.
