I paid them $1,200 to move my stuff. Ipaid the $500 in cashapp $700 zelle. They left all my tvs, mini fridges, my husbande clothes and my daughters gymnastics stuff behind. Over $1,200 worth of stuff or they stole it idk they said for over a week they were going to bring it to me but didnt. I uploaded the conversation between us then they started ignoring me. So I had my husband reach out and I uploaded his conversations with them as well. They said they reached back out to me but had the wrong number. My mother hired these guys because my dad was out of town, they took her $1,200 payment and left our TVs and other stuff at the storage. They took advantage of her because she was alone with a baby and she cannot drive. I don’t live close so that’s why she hired movers. If you’re a woman alone please don’t hire them, they do bad business

I called United Movers at the last minute to help my son move to a new place. They set it up with absolutely no trouble, were extremely professional and adjusted to our changing schedule. Derek, Antonio and Anthony showed up exactly when they said they would. They got everything done in a shorter amount of time than we had even thought. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get my son’s sofa in a very small door up very narrow stairs. They were pleasant and smiling the whole time. I would highly recommend United Movers and will be using them again. I wish I could give them more than 5…

Terrible Experience. Quoted me for 500 square foot. After my stuff was loaded, the loading team claimed they loaded over 750 square ft., and added all kinds of additional fees, that i was told in the quoting process would be covered in the quoted price. Best part, during delivery/unload, my actual space taken was 249 square feet, and other people’s stuff was packed within my 249sq/ft I took up in the delivery truck. EDITING THIS REVIEW DOWN TO ONE STAR (it would be 0 if I could): Tried to use them a second time. I should have known something was wrong when I got an attitude from dude when he picked up the phone and said "Moving company" like I was bothering him. Told them what I wanted. They quoted a minimum of 3 hours work and said I could get a discount for prior use. Pricey but I accepted because of prior experience. Then the next day came.
