  I’ve used You Move Me three times now for business-related moves, and they continue to exceed expectations. Kai was fantastic throughout the scheduling process.   Back on 11/30/2025, I reached out to You Move Me Honolulu by e-mail to get a quote. Their customer service team responded the next day with such promptness by phone and even e-mail, which included an estimate and breakdown of the costs: labor, moving equipment/services, etc. I really appreciated how the operations manager, Caius, kept me in the loop with what to expect and having all my questions and concerns with the moving process answered.   I had a very good experience with using “you move me“ for the emptying of my PODS container from New Jersey and transport the contents into my Waikiki building. The supervisor Caius was prompt and eager to help with the moving and the 2 movers were very pleasant. The primary mover, James was extremely professional and so accommodating. He was very fast and efficient but always eager to also accept my suggestions which created a very relaxed atmosphere. The other mover, Donte was younger but very pleasant as well. I would recommend this moving company.

  I was quoted $433 to move a small hospital bed from point A to point B. This was more than I anticipated having to pay, but it had to be done and they were friendly and professional during the booking process, so I agreed. I was given a 2 hour window for arrival of the movers. since item was located 45 minutes away from me, I was told the movers would give me an hour heads up so I could meet them there. After submitting a claim to the company for damages, they offered to pay the damages only on the condition I sign a non-disparagement agreement, and take down this review. The email is attached. What a scourge on our community. [ORIGINAL BELOW] DO NOT use this company. I wish I went with Honolulu Movers.
