  I came in looking to rent a unit and Jennifer was phenomenal from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and overall very helpful. We looked at two units, she also showed me the most direct route to my unit, carts, and how to use the lift. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for storage space to rent here at 590 Farrington Hwy. Jennifer thank you sincerely for your outstanding customer service and commitment to excellence.   Where do i begin 🫶🏽 first booking online is an absolute breeze!! So fast so easy. Next the office staff are absolutely amazing to work with. The ease of moving my stuff into this storage space was just absolutely incredible. I had 1 day to find a storage facility i was in a terrible position and they truly made all the difference in a horrible and stressful situation they gave me such joy. And I’ve dealt with them numerous times and every single time has been filled with Aloha. Mahalo Nui for being amazing humans.

  I have been a customer of Extra Storage Space in Kapolei for 25 years. I chose this location 590 Farrington Hwy (Kapolei) because of the ease of getting on & off the freeway. Recently, a new manager Jennifer was hired. She is very friendly & does an excellent job keeping this facility clean & running smoothly. Looks like I will be here for another 25 years!

  It was fast and the lady I spoke to , to get a storage was so helpful and very kind! Everything went so smooth. Went to my storage and there everything was exactly how she said it would be. Clean space
