  samantha was incredible! this is my first time using a storage and she made the process so easy. she was very patient and explained everything clearly which i absolutely loved. would definitely recommend this place for their amazing customer service and great affordable prices. ask for samantha !

  Ben & Puna were really nice! Very friendly and informative! I went to the office to get my keys for my storage unit and they were giving me good vibes. Smooth process — bc I secured my unit online it was so quick & easy, all I needed to do was ID verification & I got my keys. I was very impressed with how clean my unit was bc they said someone just moved out of it — the unit was also temperature controlled which is so worth it for the price! I look forward to staying at this storage facility long term.

She is a valuable asset that embodies the best qualities this company can hope to portray! Puna truly went above and beyond her duties to ensure our ohana got what we needed! Secure Space just added another member because of the great work Puna is doing among the people of Hawaii!

  Puna is truly one of God’s angels. Couldn’t have asked for better service. This was my first time using a self storage unit and she made the process a breeze. It’s truly refreshing to see that sweet spirits like this still exist. Facility is spotless very well. Kept highly recommend this location and service to anyone in need on Oahu. Not enough, mahalos in the world for this experience
