The moving company is horrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. The company does not care about it's customers and they do not plan for your move. I scheduled an on island move for 3000 lbs of good and it is taking them 2 days to move all of my items. A teammember came to my house at 9 am & packed all of my goods by 1130 am. They told me they can't move the things to my house until the following week. The front office said they cannot move my things today because the team is at a family event. I told them we had a cleaning scheduled for the following day and the office would not help.…

If I could give 0 stars I would. We moved out of state and when we received all our stuff we had lots of issues. Half our bowls were broken because they didn’t wrap them individually. They left their trash in our boxes, they just threw empty tape rolls into our boxes and taped them up. They broke one of our lamps because they didn’t properly wrap it. Our Xbox was just wrapped in paper and put in a box with random stuff. They didn’t even attempt to place things nicely they just threw things in boxes and called it good. This was a horrible experience. They packed our things improperly and our practically brand new leather couch was completely destroyed/crushed in the move. The love seat and chair were also damaged badly. They also marked that all of our furniture was chipped and torn, when it was in perfect condition, which made it to where we couldn't file a claim for reimbursement when we moved. Basically, they ripped us off of $4000 worth of real leather furniture. Would never recommended. Highly unethical company.

Windward moving recently did an in-town move for us. The movers were exteremly careless moving boxes and furniture off the hardwoods floors on the lower level. This resulted in $1000 in damage to the floors that I had to pay out of pocket. Myself and the property management company who owns the home made repeated attempts to contact Windward to fix the damage, however they do not return phone calls or emails.
