  I hired this moving company expecting a professional, stress-reducing experience. Unfortunately, that is not what I got. Three movers worked 10 hours and did not finish the job. During the move, the movers themselves admitted they were not prepared with enough manpower and said the sales team failed to properly communicate what needed to be moved. Despite the job being incomplete, I was still required to pay for all 10 hours of work, leaving me to now rent a truck and move the remaining items myself.   Save Your Back is the first moving company experience I’ve ever had and they were phenomenal! They made everything so easy. They had an estimator come to my house to give me the most accurate price based on what I had in my house. On the day of the move the crew showed up a couple minutes early, went over their plan with me, and then got to work. They worked quickly and at the end of the day worked faster than they quoted me which saved me money. They were all professional, courteous, helped me setup things in the new house as I asked.   Worst moving company around!! Would never recommend them to anyone!! Stay away from this company. We used them back in April. They dragged some of our furniture through the mud, damaged some walls of our new house. I even paid for the insurance, and the company didnt stand behind their own policys, the owner Mark will not return my phone calls anymore. I just want them to make it right. We paid for service and got the worst service possible. Like I stated before, stay away from this company.

  The best part of my experience with Save Your Back Moving is that they saved my back. Their team was very courteous and professional on both sides of our move. They were able to perform the work without any assistance or guidance from us after our first meeting.   This company was hired to help us move across town about a month ago. They failed us in several ways. I'd like to use their "core values" to explain our disappointments and help you decide if you should hire them. 1. "truthful information at every stage" We had a large hot tub that needed moved and I was told several times that the team would be prepared and has moved hot tubs "all the time".
