We had an amazing experience with College Movers in West Lafayette, Ind. The original company we booked postponed our scheduled move three times due to weather. So happy I found these great guys. Max and the team not only showed up within hours on the day I called (as we were in a tight timeframe due to the cancellation we received from the other company, and the sale of our home), they stayed within budget and the time quoted. They were very kind, professional; and took great care or of our items. What a blessing Max and the entire team are! Thank you!

UPDATE: I called the store after getting a comment from the “Owner“. When I called the store to express what had happened with a manager, he said “I did not make that comment and I don’t know which manager did, “. I explained what happened and he doubled down and expressed his drivers did nothing wrong. Once I expressed that I didn’t even get my full package because of how long they were taking he didn’t even offer a refund of the protection of my floors. Once I said, since you didn’t make the comment about wanting to help me, I need to talk to who did because I’m not even sure what we’re talk…

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We hired them to move us back in March. Only had 15 pieces of furniture to move, and just across town. Should have been done in 1-2 hours, but took them 6 hours. We went back to check on them, and they were all just standing around next to the truck. We had 2 beds. They did not put either of them back together correctly, causing one of them to break. (It was a brand new bed we just got 6 months ago.) I messaged them to give them the opportunity to make it right, and they did absolutely nothing. They “offered” to buy the parts and fix it, but we never he…

Two strong young men arrived a few minutes early with the right size truck. They were courteous and professional and worked diligently to complete the move in the appropriate amount of time. The estimate was accurate, no surprises. I would definitely use this company again!
