Great Staff, services are on point! The site is always clean, well lit, secure and OPEN! Rates for a climate controlled unit couldn't be much cheaper (if you add up heat, lights, 24/7 security and location!

At the Lafayette location I was assisted by the only employee now holding down this office. She was nice greeting and very understanding of my situation was taken care quickly. And did have to change a thing. Every join me in giving her a great review.

D. helped me move out of my unit and even helped me get into it! It had been three years since I had been back, so my lock was just not accepting the key! D was so sweet and helpful and tried everything she could to get my unit open! She came in with a drill at the end and perfectly got that lock taken out! She was so lovely and just made my move out experience so great!

The Office personal lady was nice. The only thing I could suggest if she gives us more detail on where to pull up from outside when the office is closed and how to put the lock on because the directions aren’t easy and when I got to the storage unit after hours, I didn’t know what to do and she didn’t explain how to look it up about the codes and things like that that you would normally walk somebody through, but everything else was OK
