Had a headache of a day and accidentally turned in my key for my apartment key. Found out when I got there. Keatan was very helpful at the counter and even offered to watch my stuff while I went back to get the key. Great service and very friendly staff. He had no issues and had a great, helpful, positive attitude the entire time.
