Complete waste of time – avoid this place! Schilli Distribution Services is a joke. The employees are lazy, slow, and clearly don’t care about doing their jobs properly. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM and ended up sitting around for hours because the line was massive and barely moved. If you need tarp assistance, forget about it – you’ll be stuck there the whole day just waiting to get into door 7. It’s completely disorganized, and no one is helpful or professional. They act like they’re doing you a favor by just showing up. This place is a nightmare. I lost an entire day for something th…

What a joke! Arrived an hour before my “appointment”. There are no appointments. First come first served. Waited 7 hours, I was called into the mud hole loading area where they put 3 crates on the tail of my trailer. Literally took 2 minutes. Avoid unless you’re a company driver getting paid detention.

I go there often enough to pickup. Overnight parking is available. Food is within walking distance. You check in across the street at LoneStar (check in/ QR code is now moved to the sw corner) and wait there in line along the curb to be called. Once they say your load is ready you go across the street to stage. There's only 3 or 4 spots there to load. When they have yours on the lift you'll pull up, they set the load, you back up to the spot again to chain down. While you're chaining they bring out paperwork and take pics. MANY TIMES the delays are caused by the driver's chaining down. If you…

If your in a flatbed check in is in the building across the street. Arrived at 12 didn't leave until 5:30 p.m. The day I came it was a winter warning out of nowhere icy rain then hail. Even though they have room indoors for us to secure they won't let you. I had to practically beg so I wouldn't have to secure the load in painful hail. And the whole time I was rushed with everything.
