I made a reservation for a truck and just previous night at 7PM I got a call telling me the truck is not available. They offer the biggest size, pick up at a location minimum 1 hour of drive. I took days off from work to arrange everything else and it is funny to see how U-Haul handles their faults. I can also tell about how customer reps on the phone are desperate and can’t help, but it’s another topic. A normal company would have a decent reservation system that guarantees your truck or can find a solution rather than creating bigger problems. I don’t recommend them.

This is the best KFC I have ever been at the biscuits were solved. The chicken was very juicy and hot and a service was outrageous very satisfactory. The place is busy and still got my food in a timely manner. The GM there is doing a great job. That’s for sure. Thank you so much for good experience.

Went in and the line was long. Finally get up to the counter and the lady doesn’t greet us. I politely said hello and asked if I could rent a 10’ truck. She flat out says no we don’t have any, even though we seen multiple of them out front on the way in. I asked if we could get a cargo van or pickup instead then, and she instantly says “we ain’t got them either” even though they’re some clearly parked outside as well. I went outside and made an online reservation for the same 10’ truck that she said wasn’t available and went back in to pick up the keys. Stop hiring people who don’t want to do…

dont expect to get any propane here, they always say its the thing is broken. Can uhaul not afford to fix the propane??? Also felt like I was such an inconvenience for being a customer, I'm always nice to people behind the desk but I guess its too much to just do your job

Great experience from start to finish! Ismael and Hanna are who helped me but I did meet the other guys there as well and everyone was nice! I was referred to this location by a few fb friends and my aunt who say they come here all the time. The customer service was outstanding and great communication. My rental van looked brand new it was so clean plus had a back up camera and drove great. I made sure to post pictures for my review! Ismael explained the free 1 month storage offer very well. Hanna was there when I returned the van and I appreciate her offering me a paper receipt at check out b…
