This is one of the worst places I have dealt with. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and lacked communication skills. I reserved a truck through the app at a quoted price, but when I arrived, the employee gave me an attitude and provided a completely different price that was nowhere close to what was shown online. It appeared that extra miles were added to the rental without justification, which significantly increased the cost. This gave the impression that customers may be routinely overcharged. Check in was quick. Super friendly staff. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Trucks are clean and well maintained. Returning the truck was also quick. I definitely recommend using the app. It makes everything goe so smoothly.

What a well run and managed business! All the staff are going the extra mile to get you setup and on your way. Clean and well maintained location and vehicles almost begs you to rent a truck just for fun ... almost! Seriously though, a really great crew.
