This was the 4th time using American Movers and I wouldn't use anyone else! They are timely, courteous, cautious, efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. We had a lot of heavy furniture as well as breakable items and it ALL arrived in PERFECT shape. We especially enjoyed the crew they sent - Ty, Damon and Gene! Request them on your move as we highly recommend them!

I really regret using this company. They damaged valuable antiques and completely lost an irreplaceable art piece. There is damage to an antique chest valued at $30,000.00 and the owner yelled at me for pointing it out. I would only recommend them for low value items and easily replaceable furniture. I was told that the insurance they have will only cover items reported within 3 days of the move then sent a belated “bill” after paying them very high prices for their “service.” You can’t replace what they lost, the Judy Graese woodcut was one of a kind. This was a great company to work with. We used them twice in a three week period. We are down sizing. They moved us from one house to another, then they moved us from a storage unit to a house. The furniture that they had taken apart was put back very effectively. They were great with keeping in contact with us before and during the move. The men that were doing the hard work were very polite and accommodating to us. We would use them again in a heartbeat. B Church
