This moving company is top notch, our mover was Dwayne, and he came in and made a game plan, and then carried it out. He made our move very easy and fun. He is a great guy, and got the job done well. The guy who makes schedules and quotes is not good at all. I'd mind if it didn't cost me money. The movers were fine and polite, but I wish they had sent me 2 guys who both knew how to disassemble and assemble things, not one doing all the disassembly while the other didn't know what to do. The guy who scheduled didn't let the mover know about installing the TV wall mounts or hooking the washer and dryer back up. Even though I asked specifically about it while I was shopping for quotes. UPDATE AFTER JACK RABBIT DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! which is by far irrelevant information, but i booked with them may 31st at 8:37 PM, They have a cancellation or rescheduling policy that does allow you to reschedule with I did utilize because the home i was supposed to move into that day was in terrible condition. I called then texted the moving company june 1st at 1:59 PM to tell them i had to hold off on a move out date. I found a new place later that night that i was able to move into and at 9:20 PM i stated i found a completely new place i would be able to move into. I asked if the…
