  I cannot say enough good things about Andre, Chris, and Keith from Big John Movers. They recently helped me move from a one-level, two-bedroom apartment into a three-level condo, and they were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire crew was professional, courteous, efficient, and incredibly hardworking.   After having a positive experience with Big John Movers 4.5 years ago, we decided to use them again for another local move. Unfortunately we did not have as good of an experience and it's left us frustrated. We moved from a 1,600 sqft home and the move took 14 hours. I shared this feedback with the company after our move and did not receive a reply. It is clear they do not care about their customer's satisfaction as they did not offer to "make it right" or even simply offer an apology.   Austin, Brian and Zion were great. They made our moving experience easy and care free. They were efficient and took great care of our items. I would highly recommend using Big John to all my friends and family.

  Had an absolutely amazing moving experience with Big John. My movers were Andre, Chris, and Keith and they were fantastic! They were incredibly polite, professional, and it was evident that they wanted to ensure the move went as quickly and smoothly as possible. I couldn't recommend them more for your move!

  WOW. Andre, Keith & Darryl showed up to my house on time for the first of a 2 day move. The first move was for boxes and smaller items, saving the furnishings for day 2. On Day 2 Andre, Keith, Mike and Chris arrived, again, on time. This time, it was raining all day. I knew this would be a challenging move trying to fit 6,000 sf into a 2,500 sf home, so I needed someone I could trust. I've used Big John before. Every one of these guys were professional, thoughtful, always making sure floors were covered and items were protected. These guys worked hard and fast. They did not once slow…
