  I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience at the Covington ExtraSpace. The manager Brandon offered me two options for the spaces to store my car and allowed me to test one of them to make sure my car would fit. He discussed two options for pricing and explained everything thoroughly. In addition to being factually thorough he made the experience a very pleasant one. I’d recommend this storage space to anyone looking for this kind of service and facility.

  Danny was extremely professional and helpful. Took his time to explain different options and helped us find the unit that best fit our needs. Highly recommend the Latonia branch!

  The units here are clean and easy to reserve online - I ended up cancelling one unit and moving to another due to cost, and I did the whole thing online without having to call or sign physical forms. Prices can jump quickly after the promo rate, but I think that's standard for the industry. Lock included with rental. Would rent from here again - good location for me and very convenient.
