The whole process went very smooth. Heather came over to take inventory and review the process and then Abbey followed every step from pickup to delivery. Our move from KY to FL couldn’t have been any easier.

STAY AWAY!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! INCOMPETENT AT BEST. Pack/Load Days: 1/27 - 1/28 Delivery Window: 1/31 - 2/4/2022 Actual Delivery Day: 2/10/2022 This move is considered a failure. Coleman/Allied failed to execute on every level. Poor quality, unprofessional staff, non-responsive, and I overall feel neglected as a customer. My move was never their priority, even when it became a week late and they couldn’t tell me where the truck was, or when it was going to be delivering my shipment. Once it was delivered I had 12 damaged/destroyed items and one completely missing. I will not be using Col…
