DECEPTIVE PRICING, DAMAGED PROPERTY, UNETHICAL CONDUCT!!! 3 Sons Moving uses misleading pricing practices. They quote a low rate for two movers, then arrive with extra workers and raise the cost without clear approval. The contract language is vague and appears designed to justify surprise charges after the fact. I was overcharged $174.90, and the company brushed it off instead of fixing it. I have used My 3 Sons Moving several times, and every experience has been excellent! Rachel and Anna were incredibly professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. The moving crews have always been great. During my most recent move, I worked with Jame, Sam, and Adam (I believe they mentioned they are part of the Richmond crew). They were hardworking, efficient, and handled everything with care. Armando and his team are great! They came to move a customer into Into our Extra Space Storage store on Warwick Avenue and they were so polite and kind. They didn’t leave a mess behind. They were good to their customer and the customer could not go on enough about them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Andrew, EJ, and Sam did a great job of clearing out our furniture in preparation for having our hardwood floors we finished. They were professional, friendly, and well equipped with the right tools to disassemble some of the larger pieces that needed to be taken care of. When I was looking for a local mover, this company came very well recommended from several friends and acquaintances, and I will certainly be recommending them in the future as well!

We used My 3 Sons Moving last year and had a great experience. The team was respectful, careful, and took time to plan before moving anything. They handled heavy furniture without damaging our home or belongings. Unfortunately, our experience this year was completely different. Maybe there was a leadership change? We hired them again to move a sofa, large bookshelf, treadmill, and two armchairs. From the start, they advised that moving pads weren’t necessary and assured us nothing would be damaged.
