I made a call to inquire and it just went so well. Most of the agreement was conducted via email. Then when I arrived to the property, Amy was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely informative, very friendly and most importantly super supportive. I wasn’t used to managing an event so informally, and I was exhausted after moving all day. When I drove up to physically move in, I saw Amy chatting on the phone, thinking I had a few minutes to find my unit but I couldn’t. Amy is amazing and went out of her way to get us set up with a unit. I am from out of town and was a little nervous about securing the unit but Amy made it super easy and was very friendly and professional!

Amy was very pleasant and professional. I called when we entered the foyer and she came down promptly to greet us and thanked us for waiting. She was very detailed in explaining our options from the size units, pricing to insurance. She actually remembered me from many years ago. She’s very customer friendly, absolute pleasure! Great asset to Extra Space Storage.

I am delighted to say and recommend Extra Space Storage for all of your storage needs! The units are perfectly maintained and I will say that customer service is excellent. Brandy was professional, courteous and she answered all of my questions to my satisfaction! It is conveniently located in Kenner, which is a plus for me.
