Excellent facility, clean location, easy access BUT I would not recommend this storage facility. Forewarning of the inconsistent rate increases. Like many customers, I signed up based on the advertised rental rate of $37 only to have my rent increased later to $71. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the rate increase was sent through regular mail, despite the company using email for most other account communications. Jolei was the representative that help me there, and more than being a polite and well knowledgeable representative, she was also very pleasant and efficient. Definitely recommend her. The facility was very clean and the units well maintained.

Julius was great and well mannered. He was very informative and even went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Julius helped me out on move-in day. My movers advised me that I would be needing a larger storage unit. Julius took care of everything over the phone so that when we arrived the larger unit was available and ready for move-in. Julius Was helpful, kind, and easy to work with. All in all, a good experience.

Julius at Extra Storage Space provided excellent customer service. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions when I was having issues with my account and considering closing it. He went the extra mile which made a big difference. I really appreciate his help and professionalism. Highly recommend working with Julius!
