Let me tell yall about Mr. Bryan.....I had my storage for almost three years with Bayou Storage on 11th st. and from the first day of renting to the last day there he has truly made my storage/UHAUL expereince AWESOME!! If i had any concerns or problems he answered right away. The storage unit was also very clean and very secure....I always felt safe no matter what time of the day or night I showed up. I highly recommend this location!! Mr. Bryan made my storage rental experience amazing......THANKS FOR EVERYTHING 🤗🤗

Bryan with Bayou Storage Downtown went above and beyond to make sure our first U-Haul experience was excellent. We needed a trailer for our wedding to bring food, alcohol, and lots of DIY decorations 6 hours away. He gave me his personal number and was flexible when it came to returning it after we were exhausted from our wedding weekend and what then became an 8 hour drive back. Would definitely recommend him!

Recently moved from Kentucky to Louisiana, I made a one way rental for a 6x12 trailer while I was in Kentucky (duh) and it gave me the option to choose where I wanted to drop off in my area in Louisiana. This place was listed as a “24 hour drop off” so naturally I picked this one incase I needed the extra time unpacking I could drop off the trailer after hours. I’ve done that before at different locations! Well there was ZERO MENTION on anything I signed, okayed, etc etc that the 24 hour drop off only pertained to trucks. So I returned the trailer a day later and was charged for 2 extra days.…

I had an excellent experience renting at the Bayou Downtown U-Haul. Bryan provided impeccable customer service and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The truck was spotless, very well maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Even the add-ons—which I’ve had issues with at other locations in the past—were all available and in great condition. Bryan had already prepared the blankets and the dolly I rented, neatly set up inside the truck, which saved me time and effort. His communication was clear, and his instructions were easy to follow.
