I’ve been with mini mall Storage maybe 2 years went in and they had the best attitude it was clean, always available. Awesome people to talk to on the phone in person. None of my stuff got damaged throughout that like I said they was awesome people even talking on the phone with them very polite very open to have a conversation with you. The places is clean, no rodent no whatever it was good so I want to send thanks out to the storage unit and they employees thank you so much for doing everything y’all did and keeping us comfortable.

1st thing is staff Jeannine & Trisha are VERY Professional, friendly and caring. They go above and beyond to get yourself needs met. The office was nice and clean smelled great but I did notice that they Do not decorate for the holidays or seasons anymore when asked why I was told that it was a corporate decision that they want it to be Professional but in my opinion that is what makes people like myself happy to see.
