Ashley at Mini Mall Storage was amazing from start to finish. She was very professional, patient, and helpful with everything I needed. She made the whole process easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. I've been truly satisfied storing my contents as I awaited selling my home in Texas and then finding and purchasing a home in Lake Charles. Mini Mall Storage has the room for an 18-wheeler truck to be able to navigate in and out of the storage area facility with no issues. Other storage places I called in Lake Charles were not able to accommodate the space required of the large moving trucks. Ashley has always been extremely nice and helpful with any concerns I might have had.
