This the worst storage place ever. I have building on Sharon Lane and climate control and rats got into my storage and chewed on my furniture. What's the point in getting a climate control and insects and rodents still gets in your building. My building number is cc44 this is so sad. And the owner doesn't comment unless somebody writes a good review. Nobody cares they need to send pest control in there. The roof is all ripped up. Made an online reservation with ID and when I arrived for pickup of a pickup for one day use was told because I had a Texas ID I could not lease a truck because only local residents could rent the trucks for in-city use?????? I leased an SUV from Enterprise on the following morning but I wanted to be sure to document my experience with this location!

My daughter was in a car accident and my husband was driving from Texas to Lafayette to get to her. I made the reservation for the auto trailer and tried calling this location multiple times to ensure he was would be able to pick up right at closing as did the Uhaul main reservations line person. No one ever answered the phone and when my husband arrived at 7:02pm the employee refused to allow him to pick up the trailer that I had already rented and paid for online. HORRIBLE service and zero empathy.

The team's proactive approach in assisting with the car seat box sizing was greatly appreciated. Their willingness to accommodate the request by having me bring the car seat in demonstrates excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this establishmentl given the positive experience.
