  We have used the George Ave, location for 4 years while my son was at the Naval Academy. They have been amazing. Christine is definitely on top of everything there. She makes sure it is clean and safe for the renters to access. Every time we called for help or even with questions, she was helpful and very knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong using this location.

  Christine was amazing to work with from beginning to end! She helped me when I first got my unit and was there again when I closed my account. She’s incredibly polite and made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a storage facility!

  The place is very new and kept very clean. That's about all I can said that is good. Be prepared for a rate hike once you move your things in. Mine went up at least 30% after only a few months, leaving me only two choices: move it all over again or suck it up. They know exactly what they're doing in this regard. They also really don't care about customers. It's impossible to administer your account online, and when I mentioned that the last three times I visited there were no loading carts I was told "They're $500 each and they won't be buying any." The person who runs the counter is lovely…
