  My family has been using this storage facility for years and we’ve always had a great experience. The property is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff are always friendly and helpful—especially Evan, who is always so sweet, pleasant, and willing to help. Great customer service and a place we definitely recommend!

  Chris was awesome to work with! He made the whole process super easy and helped us get everything set up without any stress. He even got us a first floor unit which made loading and unloading so much easier during our move. Our moving dates kept changing and he was really flexible and understanding the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people and was professional while still being easy to talk to. Really appreciate all the help!

  So far, our experience with CubeSmart and Chris has been excellent! We adjusted our units twice and Chris always was looking the best solution for us! We feel we made the right choice with this location!

  Chris, at CubeSmart Self Storage, located at 1990 Moreland Pkwy, Annapolis, MD 21401, was so Wonderful in helping me to find the right size storage unit for my home goods, as well as he took photos for my Movers to ensure they could do my future delivery! Chris was Amazing, Informative, Communicative, Supportive, and he truly provided the Very Best Five Star Rating Client Service I could ever ask for with very competitive prices!!!
