Utilized UPACK/ ABF for a DITY move from Texas to New England. Trailer drop off was on time and went smoothly. Customer service at the 1-800 # and the local dispatch was great, everyone was kind and helpful. Trailer arrived to destination early and they held trailer until we arrived and were able to take delivery. Would definitely use them again.

I moved my two bedroom condo from Md to Az. I wasn't sure I would need 2 or 3 relo cubes. They deliver whatever you want and if you don't use, they take back. NO EXTRA CHARGE. What a piece of mind! I ended up only using 2 returned the 3rd. I used a team to pack my stuff and found I did have some damage on the other end. Not the UPACK fault. It was the stuff I didn't box correctly and didn't take extra precautions for shipping. Plus, whatever needs replaced is a lot less cost than what a typical moving van was going to charge me. Amazing experience when moving from state to state (FL to WV). They delivery from door to door and are very kind with anything you need! I recommend this company if you decide to move from a different state!

Couldn't thank u-pack more for this service. They dropped off the trailer, picked up, delivered and removed exactly when they said they would and it was very easy. The cost was much less than a van line even with hiring local movers for loading and unloading the trailer. If you are going to pack your belongings yourself, I would definitely recommend this service. One word of caution is to ensure you have plenty of furniture blankets and you watch your movers pack your stuff in the trailer. Moving is very stressful especially moving across the country but moving w upack was a really great experience. Everyone was so nice everytime I called and had a question (and I had a lot of questions). They have great customer service. You reserve as much space as you think you will need on the truck and I reserved 16 ft but my movers only used 12 so I only got charged for 12! I loved that! They really worked with me and they were the most affordable. They were also really fast at getting my stuff from TX to PA. I love that I didn’t have to share the giant truck with any other family’s stuff…
