  Nick's Moving provided services for us back on October 1, 2007. They charged us $277 more than the price that they quoted us. After numerous phone calls, the dispute was "resolved" Dave told us he had mailed a check for $264.50. The check never arrived so we gave up. This was very disappointing because they acknowledged they had overcharged and agreed to reimburse us. What a waste of my time and theirs.

  I have only positive things to say about the services we received from Nick’s Moving Company!!! Nick was incredibly pleasant to talk to, and he was so kind and reasonable in terms of pricing. When we had to make a last minute adjustment to our plan, he was more than accommodating. Randall and the other mover we worked with were efficient, friendly, and extremely accommodating and kind. Highly recommend Nick’s Moving Company for moving and furniture disposal, and I know I will be working with them again in the future!!

  Nicks was easy to book, took care of all my furniture and boxes in a quick 3.5 hours! Would recommend.

  Nick's team did an outstanding job: friendly, punctual, responsive, and careful. They even did more than I asked once we got to the new place -- moving old furniture to the street, moving another piece of furniture to the house on the other side of the building. A $120 tip was the least I could do and seemed very reasonable for all their time and hard work. Of all the moving companies in this area, I can't recommend Nick's enough.   I am giving four stars, instead of five, as we had a misunderstanding about fees. However, after some back-and-forth, we came to a compromise. In the end, I was impressed by their willingness to figure things out in a way that left us both feeling more understood. With that, I do recommend using Nick's. They took care in the move to ensure nothing was broken and they were hard-working and courteous.
