  This is an excellent service. I signed up online pretty late in the process of move out week and they fit me in pretty quickly. I basically immediately got a note with the time frame of my pickup and a link to check on the pickup crew as they came to my apartment. When they showed up I got a message and they came up and got my boxes. It was super easy. I didn't have them labeled correctly but the movers helped me finish it up.   easy process - you fill out a form, get a pickup time, and just hand your stuff over to them. i've used storage squad for the past three years -- if there's one thing, their tracking system isn't very great & the vehicle's usually on the later side. other than that, good service.

  Second time user and they've been great. Prices are transparent on the website and they're cheaper than other storage services.

  Were late at both pick-up and delivery, but I would definitely be willing to tolerate that. Then they lost multiple parts of the furniture I stored with them during the summer. I have that documented by pictures taking by their very own delivery drivers, but they refuse to offer me a comprehensive refund. Now I ended up not only paying a lot for the storage, but also not being able to re-assemble any of my furniture because of the missing parts and having to buy replacements.
