  I needed a trailer hitch for my bike rack. No one had hitches or mechanics to install them. I waited weeks. Very frustrating. Then I get a voicemail out of nowhere from Cruz at this location. He actually drove to a location, picked up a hitch and booked a time for me. The job got done perfectly. The staff was first rate (Cruz’s crews). If you want first class service, quality and staff that cares go here.

  Was charged extra for an insurance fee I never subscribed for. Even while taking the rental, we kept asking them the breakdown of the costs and they didn’t tell us, saying it’ll be sent via email. Now that I returned the vehicle, I saw a charge on my receipt for insurance. I called this branch and the lady blatantly kept telling me to call back later “because the manager is not here yet”. Kept telling me to call at 10, which I can’t do because I have work at 10. Why is the manager not there when the work day has started? Who will deal with stressed customers if the manger is not there? Thank…

  Pros: Van rental was waiting on me when I got there, came with 1/2 tank full, got the moving job done. No surprise charges beforehand or at the end. Other than the vehicle indicating an oil change was needed soon, it was a smooth ride. Cons: Waited in a long line for almost 20 minutes, only to be told for the first time after waiting 20 minutes by the two employees there that we could just do mobile pickup. Not sure why they did not mention this beforehand when they saw a long line forming. Definitely wasted our time with that, and me and the other people in line quickly started to do the mob…

  I have rented trucks twice here to move around Cambridge twice and it has been great. If you need anything, then talk to Israel. He is a super helpful and gets it sorted out for you.
