  This makes me sad to have to write a bad review after I had used this company twice before and had flawless moves both times. The first two experiences I had with them, they were fast, very professional and a pleasure to work with and the owner Chris is very nice. This is why I’m leaving 3 stars. I move quite a bit as I travel for work and I’m very familiar with how long a move should take, etc. Although recently I used this company to move my one bedroom apartment again and it took them 7 hours (minus 1 hour of travel time) to load and unload my one bedroom apartment.   This moving company has been a DREAM to work with! My business center in Fall River had to close down and we needed a moving company to move over 1500 square feet of furniture in a month to Pennsylvania, Texas, and North Carolina. I started working with Chris on pricing and he was the most affordable, most efficient, and proactive representative I worked with after calling four other companies. Their prices came in at a minimum $2000 less than the four other companies I called. The moving crew lead by Gil and Gustavo worked FAST and EFFICIENT!   My realtor recommended Five Star movers to us and they absolutely did a 5 star job, Erica made settings the appointment easy and without any headaches. The movers Gustavo, Orlando, and Robin were careful with all our belongings and had our whole move done in 6 hours! Couldn't be happier!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Company was unresponsive. Items were picked up in May and did not arrive until July completely damaged (either burnt beyond use or did not arrive at all). Offered $900 for my items worth over $20K. Requested a refund of my move and was denied the refund. I spent over $5K and waited 4 months to have my items arrive damaged. I have been trying to get a refund since July and it seems like the company is too busy to address the complete loss of my household items. Company did not even inform me of the damages until I waited almost 3 months to hear back from them.…

  Jose, Antony and Boris were great. They had a challenge taking apart my mother’s bed and putting it back together which they mastered quite well. Thank you!
