  Absolutely terrible experience with this moving company and I would strongly advise others to avoid them. I was quoted and repeatedly confirmed a flat-rate interstate move from Massachusetts to New York. On moving day, after the crew arrived and reviewed everything in person, I was suddenly told I needed to pay an additional $320 due to the amount of items and an elliptical machine.   I’ve used this company’s services for the third time, and definitely not the last. The guys came fully equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment — they easily disassembled our treadmill and electric bed and put everything back together like new. They were attentive to our requests, helped us lay out the rug, and even gave helpful advice on furniture placement. 5 stars! Summer

  We had an emergency situation with one of our clients, just a day before their lease started. The original moving company they hired dropped all their belongings at a storage unit and told the client they'd come back the next day to finish the job—then backed out completely the next morning. It was extremely unprofessional, especially considering it wasn't even peak moving season and they could have easily held the items in their truck.   I used their moving service last summer, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend them based on two major issues: 1. Incorrect Truck Size: Despite moving a 3-bedroom house, they sent a truck that was far too small. The movers spent an extra 1.5 hours trying to fit and adjust our items. I even had to drop off several belongings at a friend’s house just to avoid paying for an additional trip.   Miguel, Andrew & Akezhan were the team who were assigned to my move of a 4 bedroom apartment in city to another apartment. They did a wonderful job on this 10 hour packing move. For 3 people taking essentially no breaks, they packed all of our things, disassembled & assembled it with no issues. I really enjoyed working with the team as they had a great attitude throughout the hot weather working in an un-airconditioned second floor apartment. I do wish there had been better communication from the main office about some things such as insurance, but overall I was satisfied with my move.
