Andre and his team were great to work with! They were easy to communicate with, punctual and professional. They were not only kind and courteous to me, but also respectful of the staff of building I was moving out of. They really helped make a stressful process feel much more manageable. The pricing was reasonable, and the service honestly exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend Piece by Piece and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! :D

We used PBP for a full house move and storage. Sales contact was effective, movers were hard working both ways, but wrapping/storage technique was horrible. Nearly every piece of furniture was damaged - Sofa and chairs were not wrapped well and corners damaged, wood tables were taped directly and damaged paint. The PBP movers who brought furniture back acknowledged the poor preparation/storage work and were appalled by the situation (their words). We were offered a $350 cleaning/local touch up paint option for furniture valued well over $25,000. They said we chose a limited coverage option ( w…

This has been the absolute BEST move ever! Not only were they very accommodating due to elevator issues at my new place, the three gentlemen were professional, polite, funny and did everything in their power to ensure a smooth transition from one location to another. I could babble on forever at how fabulous they were. I would strongly encourage anyone who requires fast, professional and quality service to call them. You'll be thankful you did.

I will definitely use this company for moving and refer others as well. They worked fast and excellent crew. They took good care of our furniture and boxes 📦. Payment was easy and paying was fast. 10/10. Eric and Michael are great workers.

Piece by Piece Moving picked up furniture for us in Pepperell, MA and moved it to us in Reading. The men, Jeremy and Paul were so kind, and respectful of us and our furniture. They did a wonderful job moving and wrapping all our treasured pieces. We put a few things in storage, so I know we will see these guys again. Thanks for a SUPER job, you deserve 10 stars!!!
