  Terrible customer service! First truck had an issue with the driver’s door lock. Got a replacement trunk that had cigarettes on the floor in the cargo area and a strong cigarette smell. The cabin is also dirty. The truck in general has multiple damages. And they would not any discount for this. Beware.

  Hello guys. Be careful of this location this is the second time they gave me a truck in which the paperwork says almost full tank of fuel. Before driving away i took pictures of it as I always do. When I was about to return it, i stopped at the gas station fuel it almost full tank and later realized that this was little less than half, meaning i put extra seven gallons. The reason I know that I pumped extra gallons is that I went with a ten foot small truck for 77 miles and added 12 gallons of gas.   Unpleased with today's occurrence. I came in around 7am and asked for a rental trailer. The lady at the front desk said yall not doing any walk in rentals. So I said if I scheduled online will yall let me get one still though, she said no. The GM told her and staff specifically that it was for the safety of the staff. I just left. But while walking out, yall had a Uhaul truck running and ready for another customer to pick up..... so that just goes to tell me that yall ARE outside and are STILL renting out Uhaul items for customers.   It was stress Free, the guy that attended to me when l collected the key was not nice it's seems that he needed more training. I was happy with the guy that checked me out, he was friendly and nice and that makes me happy. It will be nice if they can explain things about your service in details every one that comes to your store instead of waiting for them to ask questions, and also show customers at least basics things in truck. In my case l have to find things for myself, like the break and the gas tank.
